This hand crocheted amigurumi doll is our celebration of icon Shirley Chisholm. Shirley Chisholm was the first black woman elected to Congress. She was the first Black person to seek the presidential nomination from one of the two major parties. Heck, she's even on a postage stamp. Our interpretation has Shirley Chisholm with her signature dark glasses and white collar, and the most vibrant yarn pattern we could find. Shorter than the original - about eight inches.
