There needs to be another word for 2020 besides “challenging,” but we haven’t found it yet. We wanted to take a minute to be grateful for everyone and everything that helped us get through this year.
First, thank you to you, our loyal customers! Thank you for continuing to support us! Our interactions with you were bright spots in our day. When you reached out to us and explained why the creature was meaningful to you, when you asked for fun new custom orders, when you gave us feedback to make us better - we valued each and every connection.
Thanks to Maddie for teaching us about TikTok and helping us make new short videos with the creatures. We learned that those videos brought some calm and joy to folks who saw them - which is what we’re all about.
Thanks to the Washington Post! We were over the moon to be included in their local business holiday gift guide this year, and were so grateful to be included on their list with some of our favorite makers.
And finally, thank you to our fellow makers - for their support and advice, for their mentorship, for their inspiring stories of making it through 2020.
